I started my career more than 10 years ago as an accountant, working across multiple industries including Retail, F&B, Property Management, and Manufacturing. Throughout my career, I was always close to the operational side of the business, not just the numbers. That experience allowed me to see how accounting, logistics, and operations interact in the real world.

Over the years, I repeatedly encountered the same challenges inside different organizations. While companies had ERP systems and structured financial processes, many operational areas were still disconnected from the system. Tasks such as the physical control of fixed assets were often not clearly assigned to anyone. Unlike inventory, assets rarely had dedicated physical spaces to be stored or clear ownership within operations.

Decisions affecting assets were sometimes taken by operations without being communicated to the accounting team, creating inconsistencies between the physical reality and what was reflected in the system. Insurance balances were not always aligned with the actual assets on the ground, useful lives did not match real usage, and assets were sometimes misused simply because there was no clear visibility or tracking.

Another major challenge was the lack of integration between ERP systems and the physical world. Companies had financial records, but very limited visibility over the real condition, location, and usage of their assets. Reporting was often manual, dashboards were missing, and many teams relied heavily on spreadsheets to bridge gaps that systems were supposed to solve.

After seeing these same issues appear again and again in different companies, I kept asking myself a simple question: Why hasn’t someone solved this properly yet?

That question eventually became the turning point. Instead of accepting these problems as part of the normal business environment, I decided to start building solutions designed specifically to address them.

Today, through DataSync, my mission is to help companies bridge the gap between financial systems and operational reality. The goal is simple: bring visibility, control, and accuracy to areas that are often overlooked, especially when it comes to fixed assets and operational processes.

Having spent years working inside organizations, I understand the challenges businesses face because I have been in that position myself. The solutions we build are not theoretical—they are designed based on real operational pain points experienced across multiple industries.

At the core of this work is a simple belief: accuracy and visibility are achievable when the right systems support the people responsible for them.
